We’ve implemented several exciting updates to the ZoInsure platform over the weekend to enhance usability, streamline workflows, and increase automation capabilities.
Here’s a breakdown of what’s new:
Condensed Related List Sidebar: A cleaner layout with reorganized related lists for improved visibility.
New Related Lists Added:
Drivers & Vehicles: Includes relevant fields for data capture.
License Image & MVR Upload: New upload areas for quick access.
Enhanced Field Mapping: We’re working on syncing this data during the conversion from Opportunity to Policy to ensure continuity.
Driver Section Improvements: More fields coming soon to match the Contact > Driver layout.
Test Opportunity: View Sample File (will only work if you are a part of the Hatteras Insurance ZoInsure platform)
Quick access to:
Value pullers
Client WorkDrive upload folders
A new Sales Summary section is now visible.
AI-powered analytics are being activated to start feeding dynamic insights based on client and opportunity data.
Within an Activity, you can now:
Use the right sidebar dropdown to email the related record (e.g., Policy, Account, Opportunity).
Access pre-made templates based on the record type.
Emails are automatically attached to the correct module.
When creating Commercial Accounts:
Enter the business website or social media links first.
Use the new “Enrich Data” button to auto-fill available details using mapped fields.
